Changes to the Spheria Global Microcap Fund

This notification provides you, as a valued member of the Spheria Global Microcap Fund (the Fund), information about an amendment to the Fund.

On the 1 October 2022 the Fund’s name changed to Spheria Global Opportunities Fund in addition to the changes outlined below:

Investment objective:	The Fund aims to outperform the MSCI World Micro Cap Index over the long term.	The Fund aims to outperform the MSCI World Small Cap Index over the long term.
Management fee:	1.35% of net asset value (NAV)	1.10% of NAV
